address the issues that will affect our children and future generations.”
To enable the UK to become a world leader in the development of innovative new
technologies, Budget 2005 announced a new Energy Research Partnership (ERP).
This high-level forum brings together key funders of energy research, development,
demonstration and deployment (RDD&D) in government, industry and academia,
plus other interested bodies, to identify and work together towards shared goals.
